SHIPPING INFORMATION

Hu’s Online uses FedEx or the United States Postal Service for domestic and international delivery. FedEx Ground shipping is free within the continental United States. Every effort will be made to ensure your package is shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will receive priority with many being shipped the same day. If concerned about delivery time/day, please contact a sales associate at either store.
Merchandise is insured for its value and all packages require customer signature.  Hu’s is unable to reroute packages so please make sure your billing and shipping information is correct at time of purchase.
All orders will require approval of charges including payment and address verification.  Note that any delays caused by these steps will increase shipping time.
Sales tax will be collected for any items being shipped to addresses within the District of Columbia (DC).  Any shipments outside will not be charged sales tax.
Upon completion of your order and payment processing, a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you.

RETURN POLICY FOR FULL-PRICED ITEMS

Hu’s Online will exchange or refund full-priced goods (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW) received within 14 days of the order date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. All tags, dust covers, boxes and other ancillary materials must be returned and in the condition shipped out.

Clients are responsible for any return shipping charges. Exceptions will be made in the event Hu’s Online mis-ships an item.  Any loss or damage incurred during the return of goods is not the liability of Hu’s Online.  Accordingly, please insure your returns for the purchase price.  International duties and taxes will not be refunded.  Contact your local customs bureau for information on duty/tax reclamation.

RETURNS ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale/discounted items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items must be received within 14 days of order date, and follow the same requirements/restrictions listed above for full-priced items. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items for exchange.

CHANGES IN ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Hu’s Online is not able change or cancel any orders once placed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND MATCHES

Price adjustments and price matching are at the discretion of the management.  We will likely be unable to honor lower prices found elsewhere or give refunds or credits for discounts made after your time of purchase.

RETURNS ON FINE JEWELRY AND UNDERGARMENTS

All fine jewelry and undergarments including panties, bras, slips, snugs, bathing suits are not returnable and are final sale. Jewelry is considered Fine Jewelry when it is made of a precious metal or contains jewels.

CONDITIONS AND RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed with the balance due upon receipt of item(s). All special orders and items made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
